Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview

Landinfoindia provides a digital platform for property listing and information sharing. The charges you pay are for the service of displaying your property (for Sellers) or accessing premium contact details (for Buyers).

2. Why No Refund?

Once a payment is made, our system immediately activates the service (listing becomes live or information becomes accessible). Since this is a digital service involving information delivery, we cannot "take back" the service once it is provided. Therefore:

• No refund will be issued after a property listing is published.
• No refund will be issued for "Buyer Information Packages" once the data is revealed.
• If you change your mind or want to remove your listing later, the fee will not be returned.

3. Failed Transactions

If your money is deducted from your bank account but your service is not activated on our website, please contact us immediately with your transaction ID. In such cases, if the payment was truly received by us, we will activate your service manually. If the payment failed at the gateway, the money will be returned to your account by your bank within 5-7 working days.

4. Fraudulent Listings

If we find any listing to be fake, illegal, or violating our terms, we reserve the right to remove that listing without any prior notice. In these cases, no refund will be provided to the seller.
